Import to Entourage from Palm Desktop

I've followed the instructions for importing Address Book, Calendar
dates, Memos, etc. from Palm Desktop to Entourage, but so far it won't
work.

When I get to the Palm Desktop folder the contents are not
highlighted, so I can't select any of them.

How can I select the correct folder, and what is the folder(s) I want
to import?

The import routine only works with Palm Desktop 2.6 and lower. PD4 wasn't
out when they wrote Entourage.
