Import tool for ACT!-to-Outlook2003BCM ?

I'm using ACT! 2000 (also known as ACT 5.0.4.495) and would like to move as
much as is possible of my data to Outlook 2003 (Professional) Business
Contact Manager. My initial understanding was that you can import ACT!, but
it looks like maybe all that comes over is name/address/phone, not notes of
conversations, emails, attachments, etc.

Does anyone have a tool (off the shelf, or custom) that will pull everything
out of an ACT! database and map it over to Outlook BCM?
