Import windows address book from xp machine

Is there a way to import my windows address book (.wab file) into Outlook
2007? I'm trying to run Outlook 2007 on my new Win7 machine (don't like
Windows Mail Live) and have my old address book set up with several folders
to make it easy to sync with my Blackberry. It sure would help if I could
import the >wab file directly into Outlook 2007.
