If you have any MS Publisher 2.0 files, you
may want to read the following article:

Error message when you try to open a Publisher
2.0 publication in Publisher 2003, Publisher 2002,
or Publisher 2000: "Publisher cannot open this file"

Interesting Microsoft doesn't have this article on their Knowledge Base. I have
Publisher 2.0, 95, 97 and 98. If I want to open some really lame old files I
still can. The best thing about Publisher 2.0 was the manual.
Thanks for the heads up, John.

Hi Mary,

I know, that's why I posted this version. I suspect
it will be on the KB very soon.

I have some 2.0 files but doubt that I will ever
need them again. But I have seen a few
messages posted from folks who still use them.
