Imported .pst and start times are 11 pm

I just imported my .pst file, and events like birthdays,
anniversaries (all-day, recurring events) cover two days
because the start/end times are 11 PM instead of 12 AM.
Any idea how to fix this besides clicking each event and
changing start/end times?

Thanks!

Are you in a different time zone from the one you were in when you
originally created the events?

If so, you might want to delete the events, export them from the old PST
into a CSV file then import them into your current PST

No, I'm in the same time zone. Even when I create a new
recurring event, the start time defaults to 11 PM. Can't
figure this one out! I'd appreciate any input!

Double check the time zone & Daylight Savings Time settings in Windows and
here in Outlook: Tools menu > Options > Calendar > Time Zone
