Importing Address Book

I exported my address book successfully from Outlook Express. I want to
import it into MS Outlook on another PC. I saved my exported address book on
the new PC but how do I import it into MS Outlook?

That would depend on the format you used for export.
You provided no information.

Then you have a file that Outlook cannot use. You'll have to import it into
Outlook Express, then you can import it into Outlook from Outlook Express.
