Importing Addresses and Appointments from Outlook

Hi,
When I switched to MAC I was told I could use a pst tool to import from my
outlook to entourage - hm! Actually when I run it it ells me the version of
Outlook (2002) is not compatible. So I am stuck. MS gave me the name of a
program O2M and I bought it but it really doesn't do what I need. Anyone any
experience? My office still use PCs and Outlook so I need a convenient
procedure that works. Thanks

Hi,

yes, the PST import tool only imports PST files created by Outlook 2001 for
Mac; Windows versions of Outlook are not supported, as you have found out
for yourself. Generally speaking, people seem to be quite satisfied with
O2M, so could you please specify in how far it does not do what you need?

Also, you might find some of the tips mentioned on this page (and its
subpages) useful:

Hi Jon!

Since you mention your office, are you possibly already using an
Exchange Server there? If so then your messages should be on the server
and download into Entourage when you connect.

What type of email are you using at your office? POP/SMTP, IMAP or
Exchange?
