Importing addresses

In ENT 11.3.3, 2004 for MAC OSX (10.4.9), is there a way to import
email addresses from the in box or sent items directly into a group,
without having to copy and paste each individual email?

This could be done with a script, but the best way to do this would be to
use a mail rule.

Set up a mail rule with the selection criteria of 'all messages', and the
action of 'add sender to address book group' (and select the target group).
UNCHECK the 'enabled' checkbox.

Now, in the inbox (or wherever), select the messages you want to process and
choose the rule from the 'Message:apply rule' menu.
