importing an object with a rollover into FP2002

[Need Help!]

Ive created an image in corel photopaint 11 with a rollover. When i view it in the browser from photopaint it works perfectly. When I import it into FP 2002, and attempt to preview it, the rollover function displays a white square rather than the "over" image - and sticks there even when the it is unselected. I figure Im either exporting it incorrectly (ive tried every conceivable way), or there is a glitch or setting incorrect in Front Page.
Ive attempted to correct this issue as many ways as possible, including accessing MS Knowledge Base case #Q3232336 (which describes the problem almost to the T), but cannot even find the code it refers to in the HTML.
Can anyone help?
