Importing calendar from a text file

Is there anyway to import calendar entries from a text file (e.g., tab or
comma delimited file)? Is is possible to export a calendar from an Entourage
calendar to a text file?

Entourage X, v 10.1.4 with service release 1.

Import/Export under the file menu.

Not built into Entourage X. There are scripts that will do this though.

Contacts only, not calendar.

I think my Export-Import Entourage X is the only way to do it. It's
available here:

Read up on the "Other Programs" section in the ReadMe. It's easier than
doing it in Excel, as long as you have a header line. You can insert a
header row in Excel if necessary, then save again as tab-delimited text.
then use the "Other Calendar to EvX' converter script, and then the Calendar
Import into X.
