Importing contact data from ACT6! into OutLook 2003

HI,

Can anyone show me how I can import the contact data in ACT! 6 into contact page in Outlook 2003?
I have tried exporting the ACT6! data into either comma or tab- spaced data file before trying importing from Outlook 2003 but it did not work.
