Importing Contacts etc from Outlook 2000

Is there any simple way of importing contacts, calendar and tasks from
Outlook 2000 into Entourage. Have tried 'outlook2entourage' and it appears
to handle mail but 'ignores' calendar and not even attempt contacts or
tasks (I can do without Notes at a pinch).

My Export-Import Entourage X scripts do contacts, calendar, tasks and notes
from Outlook to Entourage, with categories and everything else. You can get
