Importing Contacts from .csv

I have successfully imported all of my contacts from a .csv file and they
have mapped correctly.

The problem is that they show up under the contacts folder, but they do not
show up in the TO: dialogue box when I compose a new email.

Is there a utility I can run to associate it?

If they had been imported correctly into a Contacts Folder that has been
enabled as an email address book, they would appear.
