Importing Contacts From Office 2001 Mac to any Windows Office

HI, well...
For some reason, if I export all my contacs, either one by one or like
a whole bunch of them, so I can import them into Office 2003 for
windows... Office will not understand the vcard, or contact card. When
I open it on Windows, the card comes out blank,if I import from a csv,
the fields are ALL wrong or mixed up all together.

I even tried exporting ANY CONTACT from the Mac Os X address book so I
would open it on Outlook PC, and I got the same thing, nothing.

Does anyone know how to correct this?
