Importing contacts from Outlook 2001 into Entourage

I have a few Mac user on my Windows/Exchange 2000 network and we are moving
them to OS 10 and Entourage 10.

But I am having trouble getting the contacts moved over to Entourage. In
Outlook 2001 I can only export the contacts list as a CSV file. But several
of the users have multiple email addresses in several of the contacts for
sending out mass mailings. In the CSV file we only get the first email
address.

Is there a better way to move over the contacts list and address book from
Outlook 2001 to Entourage 10?

My shareware scripts "Export-Import Entourage X" will do it, with complete
fields and email addresses. You get more fields if you go via the PC route,
but you do get the three email addresses even with the simple
direct-from-2001 method. The details are in the ReadMe, Outlook section -
