Importing Contacts from Outlook on my old PC

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

How do you import contacts from an old Outlook version to Entourage or even my Mac contacts for that matter?

I have tried importing the text files and it almost works, but then I get " symbols all over the place.

Should be pretty simple but I am having some issues.

The idea would be to export into a format Entourage likes. CSV or
Tab-delimited usually do the trick.

If you tried either and you are still getting this issue, it could be
because the file has a specific format of carriage return Entourage
doesn't like. Before importing into Entourage, open the file in
TextWrangler (free, from barebones.com) and change the format of line
ending (there are only 3 options: Windows, UNIX and Mac).
