Importing contacts in a vcf file

I am trying to import contacts from my brothers Palm. He used his Palm
software
to export them to a vcf file. When I try to import the vcf file using
Outlook
File-->Import and Export, it only imports the first contact. Does the vcf
file
format support the storage of more than one vcard? Is there a better way to
import these contacts?
