Importing Contacts into Entourage

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

I would like to import contacts and calendar items from my Palm handheld into Entourage address book and calendar. The Palm is synced to the computer, so the Palm data resides on the Palm desktop application. The ultimate goal is to then import contacts and calendar items from Entourage to an iPod Touch.

Thanks, I'll try this. As a work-around I imported Palm contacts into the Mac Address Book, then synced this with the iPod Touch. However, I use MS Entourage more than Address Book, so I'll try your suggested link.
