Importing contacts with subfolders, and calendars from Outlook 20

Has anyone done this easily and successfully? Since the directions given are
for Outlook Express, a different sort of bird, I come to this community for
help. It's critical since I have huge contact lists and will have to keep
using a PC in addition to the MAC until I solve this highly annoying problem.

Thanks in advances for any help from the community.

I used this set of scripts and it did work... Just a one time thing though,
not syncing. It is also $20. Depending on your data and how important it is,
depends on whether it is worth US$20 or not. It also took a little while,
but then I had a ton of tasks to move over. There is another program out
there that I have read about in the past few days that is US$10, but I can't
recall the name. I've seen it mentioned here and a simple google search on
moving from Outlook to entourage... I believe it works with Express as well.

You can also import your contacts for free by exporting them as a CSV file
from Outlook, then using Thunderbird to retrieve them. You will have to
re-map fields to fields, and that can be a little bothersome (expect to
spend about an hour getting this right), but it should work in the end. You
will lose the custom fields, and the notes for each contact. They won't
transfer.

You can also try to export the calendar as a TDF or CSV file and import it
into Entourage/iCal. Haven't tried it yet, but I hear it should work.

Just took a look at the scripts, and it seems like an awful amount of work
to do after you pay $20. I'd pay $30 if I could simply drag and drop my PST
file onto the app, and it would then prompt me to select what I wanted to
export from the PST into Entourage, and just do it all for me. $20 is a
waste of money if I have to do all that work afterwards, especially when
most of it can be done with freeware.
