Importing Contacts

I don't know how to import my contacts from Address Book to Entourage.

Any one who can help, that would be great

Have you tried File > Import > Information from another application >
Apple Mail?

Turn on Sync Services in Entourage preferences. Select Sync to Address Book.
That's it.
