importing data from excel the come from a webpage

I copied webpage contents {Ctrl+A,Ctrl+C} and pasted{Paste Special,Text only}
it on Excel. What I would like to do is to transfer the data to Access table
without editing anything from Excel. Is there a code or a way in Access that
searches for a [fieldnames together with the data under it] in Excel
eventhough it is messed up, meaning the fieldnames are not located on the
first row and some unwanted informations are scattered on different cells.

Any help will be appreciated so much. Thanks in advance...
