Importing data from Outlook to Outlook Express.

I have a Cd with contacts list data from my office computer, looks like "pst"
files.
I would like to import to the Outlook Express program on my home computer,
which seems to only want to import "wab" files.
Is this possible, or do I have to install the same version of Outlook on my
home computer?
