importing data into a custom form

I created a custom form and set it as the default in Properties. When I
press "New" my custom form opens.

The problem I'm having is with Importing information from Excel. I go
through the whole Import procedure and it posts the data in the old form
instead of my new, custom form. What can I do to Import directly to my
custom form?

Outlook doesn't support importing to a custom form. You'd have to write
custom code or use a third-party application. See
