Importing e-mail into Entourage from Apple Mail

Please give direction on how to import e-mail from apple mail to
entourage. When I go through the steps it appears that it is starting
the process but the resulting file in Entourage is empty and there is
virtually no processing time.

Hi Ron,

are you sure the resulting file is empty? When Entourage imports Apple Mail
folders, it stores them inside a folder called "Imported Items", or a
similar name. You will need to expand this folder by clicking on the
triangle next to it in the folder list. If these folders are still empty,
you will need to follow the instructions mentioned on this page:
