Importing emails from Outlook 2007?

How does one import emails from Outlook 2007 into Entourage 2008?

The easiest way is to leave emails on the server so you can view them
through any type of client (Oulook 07, Entourage 08). If not, you can
export your inbox as a PST file from Outlook and import it.
Do a Google search on ".PST to Entourage", there are many pages
answering your question.

Thanks for the link, but it does not address how to import a PST file from Outlook 2007 (Windows) into Entourage 2008 (MAC).

Does anyone know?

Yes it does. There's a whole page full of options, ranging from a
server-side transfer to using Outlook 2001 to buying the Export-Import
Entourage AppleScripts. Ultimately you have to decide what will work best
for you and your setup.

I am still unable to do this... and it's driving me crazy. At least not from Outlook 2007 PST to Entourage 2008.
Can anyone help me?

It's really rather simple. You will want to do the following:
First, download Mozilla Thunderbird on your pc and install it. Import your
messages into Thunderbird. After doing that you will need to locate the
files where it saves the emails for Thunderbird. Copy them to your mac.
Once you have done that, you will need to find the one file that is for your
inbox. It should be called Inbox. Whatever the name is, add a ".mbox" to
the end of it. It will ask you if you want to add the extension, click yes.
Then the file is ready to import to Entourage.
