Importing Entourage addresses to Netidentity Webmail

I use Entourage 2004 in a Mac PowerBook with Mac OS X. My mail is a
NetIdentity acoount an dI'd like to upload my Entourage adderss book so
that I have easy access when I am travelling. NetIdentity wants to
import a csv file, while Entourage exports to a text file. Even if I
load the exported file into Excel and then save it as csv, NetIdentity
won't accept it. Any ideas? With many thanks, Martin
