Importing Excel contacts into Outlook 2003

[pchoulahan]

When I try to use the import function it says "Microsoft Office
Outlook cannot start the required translator... would you like to
install it now?"

when I answer "Yes" it trys to install and then says - "Installation
error - file not found" followed below by, "Original installation
source required".

I can not find this download anywhere. Please help.
