Importing from a CSV file and Access

I am developing a web based application which provides a signup form and
saves the data in both a CSV file and an MS Access database.

The object is to import the file/database into MS Outlook.

I have created field-names to make mapping into Outlook easy, but there are
several non-standard fields.

Question: how can I import these fields into Outlook? How do I add the new
fields?
