Importing from Lotus Notes

Is there any way to import lotus notes mail and contact
files into outlook XP?

If you go to flie>Import>Export you will see the option
there import from Lotus Notes. If it is not there you have
insert you Office XP cd in your cd-rom drive and install
the compatability with Lotus Notes feature. After you have
done that you able to import all of your data from Lotus
Notes.
