Importing from Mac Mail

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Email Client: pop Set up MacMail before loading Office-Mac 2008. Now I need help importing all my mail boxes & address book from MAC Mail into Entourage. I believe I go through the Entourage import screens correctly, but no mail. Hints?

thank you, Had to use the manual drag and drop, butI now see all mail that was in MAC Mail. Sync to address book was pretty straight forward.
