importing from netscape 7.2

I have Outlook 2003
I want import all my my files from Netscape 7.2, how may I do that

The easiest and fastest solution is to use Aid4Mail. It can export your
Netscape mail directly into MS Outlook. It's also the only method that can
restore all message status information (unread, read, replied, etc.) You'll
find more information about Aid4Mail and a download link on the following
