Importing from Now Contact- please help!

Hello-
I am trying to import contacts from now contact to my entourage
account. It gives me an error message that says: :file Now Contact
cannot be found"
A trial version of Now Contact is installed- and I opened the program
before trying to import as suggested entourage help- although they
assured me that a trial version should work as the standard software!
Any suggestions? I am guessing it has something to do with not paying
for now contact yet but i certainly dont want to if it will continue
having this problem. Thanks, claire

Is Now Contact in your /Applications folder? If not, move it there, and try
again.
