IMPORTING FROM OE6 TO OUTLOOL 2003

NAVEEN

HI ALL

WE INSTALLED A 3rd PARTY MAIL SERVER AND ONE USER IS
ASSIGNED (AS WATCHDOG) TO RECECEIVE ALL INCOMING &
OUTGOING EMAILS.HE USES OE6.BUT IN TIME SOME MAILS WERE
GET DELETED ACCIDENTALLY/INTENTIONALLY.

TO AVOID THIS I DECIDED TO USE OUTLOOK 2003,IMPORT MAILS
FROM OE6 AND KEEP IT SAFE.

BUT THIS IDEA FAILED BECAUSE EACH TIME I IMPORTED
MAILS,THET JUST GET ADDED

(SAY THERE ARE 5 MAILS IN OE6,ON FIRST IMPORT MAILS IN
OUTLOOK IS 5 MAILS; ON 2ND IMPORT MAILS IN OUTLOOK IS
10 ......SO ON)

IS THERE ANY SETTING OR FILTER TO AVOID IMPORTING THE SAME
MAIL WHICH IS ALLREADY IN OUTLOOK DATA FILE ?

ANY (BETTER) IDEAS?

PLS HELP ME!

Don't use CAPS!

Why import them twice if you got them already?
