Importing from OS X Address Book into Entourage 2004

How do the above import. In Entourage the import feature does not list
Mac's Address Book as an option. Is there a way around this?

Also importing from Mail, it did not pick everything up, like the In folder. Is
there a way to get absolutely everything from Mail into Entourage 2004?

Open Entourage to the Address Book. Open the Apple Address Book. Select All.
Drag into the Entourage Address Book.
