Importing from OSX mail.app?

Hello,
I have a mail.app account that's around 9GB in size. I don't think
Entourage can handle an account of this size (I think it's limited to
4GB in size) - is this true?
If so, does anyone know a way I can get this old account into
Entourage?
I'd like to be able to break the mail.app account into smaller "chunks"
of around 3GB in size and just have different identities in Entourage
to manage them?
Any help would be most appreciated!
Thanks,
Kristin.

Ok, we're using Entourage 2004, so I should be able to import a 9GB
mail.app account into Entourage? I tried this exact thing on Thursday
with a 7GB account and numerous messages were missing upon the import
(the messages from the inbox and sent mail folders from mail.app were
completely missing, as well random other messages from various other
sub-folders were also missing). Is there anything special that needs to
be done when importing from mail.app into Entourage because? I just
need this to work because we're trying to migrate from mail.app to
Entourage, but the importing from mail.app is just not working -
please, help!!!!
Thanks,
Kristin.

Ok, I just read the article "Convert .emlx to .eml"
(http://www.entourage.mvps.org/import_export/convertemlx.html) and this
explains why some messages may not be coming through upon the import?
If this is true, I have to manually move all messages from mail.app and
import manually into Entourage? I understand I can use automate the
file renaming, but we're talking over 20,000 messages, all divided into
subfolders, etc. - that's one heck of a task, and then I have about
7-10 more users to do this for. There is no better way? I can't believe
Microsoft hasn't updated Entourage to import .emlx files...???
