Importing from Outlook to entourage

Is it possible to import MS Outlook (not Outlook express) contacts &
PIM details into entourage? If so any tips on how would be
appreciated.

Incidentally I am running MAC OS X 10..4.11 (Tiger), Entourage:MAC
v10.1.0 SR1. MS Outlook 2007 sp2
