importing from Windows Outlook 2007 to Entourage

how do you import pst or personal folder of windows outlook 2007 to
your Entourage 2004?? also the contacts and calendar?? thanks.

this task with one of my clients and it worked perfectly. It's $10 price tag
was right, too.
