Importing Identity into Entourage 2004

Vince Abela

Thank you for your reply David, appreciate it.

When I try to import the X identity into 2004 it does not recognise it as a
Microsoft Entourage X identity. I follow the importing process, Browse and
find the identity I want to import but get a message "No Microsoft Entourage
X identities found". Thought file might be corrupted but was able to import
it into Entourage X?

Any further thoughts?

Make sure the identity folder is in the proper place inside the Microsoft
User Data folder. Other than that I don't know what the problem could be.

I am having the same problem. I am unable to import my Entourage X data
into Entourage 2004. I get the error message, "No Microsoft Entourage X
identities found" but I know the X identity is fine. I was using it this morning
and rebuilt it just three days ago. I can use Entourage X without a problem.
Is there no solution yet?

Is there not a comment that says "If you do not see your Entourage X
identity in this list, click the Browse button"? Click the Browse button and
navigate to it.

Just to be clear, you did select "Import form a program" in the first
dialog, yes?
