Importing into Internet Explorer/Microsoft Outlook

I am in the process of switching from MSN 8 to Alltel as
an internet service provider in order to get a DSL line
(MSN 8 does not have broadband service available in my
area). Alltel uses Internet Explorer/ Microsoft Outlook
as a browser/email service. During this switch over, I
have encountered several problems I need some help with.

I have a rather extensive "Favorites" list (probably
100) and would like to import them into Internet
explorer. When I go to Import Wizard, the "Import from
an Application" option is not active. How do I activate
this option or, as an alternative, is there any other way
to retrieve this favorites list.

Also, I have a very very extensive file of stored email
messages in MSN 8, which are "stored on my computer" to
free up space on my internet based email system. When I
go to the Import Wizard in Microsoft outlook, I use the
following sequence of steps:
Select "Import from another program file".
Select "Microsoft Mail file".
Under this option, my choices are
1033
Money
Setup.

Am I using the correct sequence of options and, if so,
what should I select from the last three choices for
import?
