Importing Mac Entourage contacts into Outlook 2005 on a PC

Anyone have a suggestion on how to import my contact list from Entourage on
my Mac to Outlook 2003 on a PC?

What I tried was to create a .vcf file for each contact in Entourage and
then selected import a VCARD file in Outlook.
At this point I get ³ The specified file is not valid for this operation².
