I'm not sure about the "Note" portion coming over (I just don't remember),
but we've had good success doing this via the Exchange server (if you happen
to have one handy ;-). Export the Outlook 2003 data to a PST and then
import it into the appropriate Exchange mailbox. Next, set up Entourage to
access that Exchange mailbox into which the PST was imported. The data
should then synchronise to Entourage for you.

I'm not sure about the "Note" portion coming over (I just don't remember),
but we've had good success doing this via the Exchange server (if you happen
to have one handy ;-). Export the Outlook 2003 data to a PST and then
import it into the appropriate Exchange mailbox. Next, set up Entourage to
access that Exchange mailbox into which the PST was imported. The data
should then synchronise to Entourage for you.

That should work if you have access to an Exchange Server. Note that tasks
& notes do not synchronize with the Exchange Server, so you'll need an
alternate method for transferring those if applicable. That is an
unfortunate limitation and a commonly-requested feature. Be sure to send a
feature request to Microsoft. In Entourage X or 2004, go to Help > Send
Feedback on Entourage. Otherwise, click on this direct link to enter Mac
