importing outlook notes to entourage

I am a new mac user having grief getting my outlook notes<a few
thousand> into entourage. Bought paul berkowitz scripts..look nice,
until the part about going to the X squggle menu in entourge and
clicking IMPORT/EXPORT...I dont have that option on that menu!
Berkowitz hasnt responded to querys since thursday...probably on
vacation...but I would really like to get this handled.
Can anyone help?

First welcome to the Mac. I have a few tips posted to help new users here:

The X squggle menu is the Script Menu. You should have been instructed to
move the Import/Export folder into the Entourage Script Menu Items folder.
You'll find this in your User's Document folder inside the Microsoft User
Data folder.

Once the folder has been placed in the Entourage Script Menu Items, when you
click and hold on the Script icon in the menu bar you can select the scripts
in the folder.

Every copy of Entourage will put the Script icon in the menu bar. I suspect
this is just new to you. See the basics on using AppleScripts in Entourage:
