importing personal settings after reformatting hard drive

I reformatted my hard driva and re-installed Outlook 2003.
I imported all folders in my old .pst file, but cannot
import my toolbar settings, rules, custom contact forms
etc.
Can someone help?

Spiv,

The *.pst only includes Personal Folder data (any emails or folders you had
in your personal folder). You would have had to use the Office "Save My
Settings" wizard prior to reformatting your hard drive.

Megan,
if that is the case, where are my customised contact
forms stored?
And where are my rules?
I have a complete back-up of my hard drive.

Do not import, use File->Open to access all of your items. As you noticed,
custom forms are not kept nor connections between contacts and activities.
Using File->open will keep these connections. Toolbar customizations are
kept in outcmd.dat that you build on the fly. I would not install the old
file if you have not customized your Outlook to include any toolbar addons
added by programs.
