Importing rules & accounts from apple mail

Is there any way I can import the rules and email accounts I have in Apple
Mail?

I have used the utility on the office cd to import the mail and folders and
that worked well.

I just want to get the other stuff moved too.

There's no way to import rules - they're structured very differently so they
couldn't be replicated in Entourage. (And there's probably no way to even
get the information out of Mail - but even if there is, it couldn't be
replicated in many cases since the criteria are different.) It's a nuisance
to make new rules, since they can be quite complicated, but it's
unavoidable.

As for accounts, I suppose that should be possible, but again there are
different fields - they're not strictly parallel. I would have thought that
the import script might have been able to do something basic along these
lines but back in OS 10.1 when the script was first release, Mail's accounts
were not scriptable. Perhaps that's why. In any case, it's not very
difficult to make accounts in Entourage. It shouldn't take more than a
couple of minutes for all your accounts.
