Importing the Address Book

I'm new to Apple and Entourage. I was able to successfully import all of my emails and folders but the Address book didn't come over. I use the Address Book on the iMac. How do I import it? I know there are all kind of helps about fields and notes and types of text files but I don't understand. I would just like someone to say if you have a Mac - do this. Thanks, CraigT

In Entourage Preferences under Entourage in the Menu bar, select Sync
Services. Enable Sync. It will bring over all of your Address Book contacts.
As soon as you get them over turn off Sync Services. There are problems with
Sync Services right now in Entourage 2008 resulting in duplicates etc.
