Importing .txt address books from other staff without duplication

I have exported each staff member's address book as a .txt file and
saved to the server. However, when I import into my desktop they are
duplicated, although some are exacly the same. I have tried
everything and cannot seem to find a solution. Can someone help me
please. (first time user group user!). Many thanks, Julie

Not sure where exactly your contacts get duplicated. If it
is in Entourage, see the answer #248 in the FAQ:
