Importing User Data from Palm Desktop

Greetings!

Any assistance which group members may be able to provide regarding
the issue below would be much appreciated.

First things, firsts:
Mac OS: 10.2.8
Office X (Mac), 10.1.5
Palm Desktop: 4.1

When using the 'Import' function in an attempt to import data from
Palm Desktop, the process ultimately yields a dialog box/window in
which Palm files are available to be selected and 'opened'. However,
the User Data file is 'grayed out' and, hence, unable to be selected/
opened. Therefore, unable to import Palm Desktop data.....

Entourage X cannot import from Palm Desktop 4+. One way to move data to
Entourage, if you have a Palm, is to sync all of your Palm Desktop data to
the Palm, and then import data from the Palm into Entourage.

The other way is to use Paul Berkowitz's "Export-Import Entourage" script
set. It's available from ScriptBuilders @ MacScripter.
