Include an option to create an index for the selected / highlighted sheets
within a workbook - to be placed starting from a selected cell in a selected
sheet. Automatic hyperlinks to be created to the respective sheets. The user
can then enter the proper full descriptions of the sheets in the body of the
index afterwards
