In Excel,how do I display my title cells so that as I scroll down.

I have a spreadsheet with individual columns titled. I want to input data in
the bottom of the sheet without having to scroll back to the top to make sure
I am in the correctly titled column. How can I set up my worksheet to be
able to view the top row of titled cells at all times?
