Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: imap
This is an extremely useful feature that I have used in Outlook 2003 (PC).
When an email comes in, I file it to one of my folders e.g. 'New Job', then once I have sent my reply, the sent email gets saved in that same directory.
I can therefore see an entire email conversation at one glance. I notice a lot of people loose an email chain, and send me a fresh note- if they did this, they would have the whole 'story' available to them at one glance.
I can't find this same functionality in Entourage 2008 (Mac) or Mail. Does anyone have a solution?
Thanks
